The value for money was great, and even though the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was amazing, just a few minutes walk to the square, and the staff treated us wonderfully, providing excellent tourist info and tips.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center near St Stephan Cathedral. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the major attractions and explore the city with ease. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the room service to the housekeeping. They were always attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the room amenities were top-notch. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning kept the room at the perfect temperature, and the mini-bar was stocked with a variety of drinks. It truly felt like a luxurious and indulgent experience.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right off the main square and near the subway station. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and provides a good start to the day.

The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear other guests and noise from the hallway.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center near St Stephen's Cathedral. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a handwritten welcome note and chocolate in our room. The hotel was also within walking distance to an authentic Austrian restaurant, just 400 meters away.

Uncomfortable bed.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two days and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The location was fantastic, close to all the main attractions in the city. The hotel staff, especially Miss. Stephani, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with great hospitality during our stay. The rooms were clean and we had a peaceful sleep without any noise. Despite being a bit tight in space, we would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and value for money.

I had a great stay at City Pension Stephansplatz I Self Check In. The location was excellent, in the very center of Vienna. The room was small, but it had all the necessary amenities like a minibar and a safe box. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The staff, especially Martina at the reception, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right near the center of Vienna. The staff are friendly and attentive, offering a cup of tea or coffee upon arrival. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good twin mattresses and a nice touch of a kettle for coffee making. The breakfast is included and has a few gluten-free options, making it a great start to the day.

No significant negatives, everything was fine.

The welcoming basket with fruits and chocolates was a nice touch, adding a special touch to our Christmas stay. the room was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring the city. the location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the main cathedral and the bustling city center. It made it easy for us to get around and experience the city's festive atmosphere.

The shower in our room was broken when we arrived, but the staff quickly fixed it after we informed them. Although it was a minor inconvenience, it would have been better if everything was in working order upon our arrival.
